Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within a specified period. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Certain items may be excluded from returns, including but not limited to personalized or custom-made products. If you are unsure about the eligibility of an item, please contact us for clarification.

Return Request Process

To initiate a return, you must send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond to your request within 3 business days with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and you may not receive a refund if we do not receive the item back.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Please follow the return request process outlined above to return your original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the item. We may request photos of the damage or defect to assist in processing your claim. If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund. Please check the product description carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions about whether an item is final sale, please reach out to us prior to purchasing.
